Day 5 of my water fast...

Ok, so sorry about the lack of blogging yesterday lol. But, i was honestly busy and in a lot of pain :( That's right, pain.. Hunger pain blech. It was unbearable last night, couldn't even sleep. It moved from my stomach and back then got lodged in my chest and I began feeling pain even in the bottom of my throat =/ I know, totally weird right. lol anyways i tried curling up in a ball and it just moved the pain further up. Eventually I fell asleep but it was like the worst night ever. This is the 1st time I've ever had pains like this.. And trust me, I've had a lot of hunger pains before. But this morning when I woke up it wasn't soo bad, just bad but bearable. I've read that chewing gum makes it better. Ill buy some.

On a better note, today is day 5 of my fast and I've lost 12 whopping pounds. It sounds like a lot but I dont see the difference in my body. Maybe it's because Im constantly looking at the mirror or just looking at my body. Whatever, Im not stopping now, that's so much motivation to lose even more weight in the next 5 days :) The thing is its gotten easier as the days so by. I dont have any craving and hardly even feel hungry. It's just these stupid pains. And my friends want me to go out with them tonight but i dont want to they just dont understand I wont go out till Im skinny. That's y i love having ana buddies, they get u. My friends now think its just a big party but its not. My life is devoted to being skinny :)

My Thinspo Book :)

Ok so I know this may sound corny to a lot of you but I have this thinspo book and i use it for inspiration. I recommend it to like every Ana person I know. It's soo good. Its like my little Ana haven where I can go and say anything I want release all my stress, vent, record my progress, weight gain and my cal intake. Besides that, I have a bunch of tips, which I'll post later on. I also have pics of all mt favourite thinspos and besides them, pics of me :( to remind myself why Im doing this....

day 1: 500 calories(or less)

day 2: 500 calories(or less)

3: 300 calories

4: 400 calories

5: 100 calories

6: 200 calories

7: 300 calories

8: 400 calories

9: 500 calories

10: fast

11: 150 calories

12: 200 calories

13: 400 calories

14: 350 calories

15: 250 calories

16: 200 calories

17: fast

18: 200 calories

19: 100 calories

20: fast

21: 300 calories

22: 250 calories

For those of you who don't know, this is pretty simple, it's not actually a diet, but a routine

Day 1: Eat 200 calories

Day 2: Eat 400 calories

Day 3: Eat 600 calories

Day 4: Eat 800 calories
repeat

Personally, Im terrified of ever eating over 500 cals so im scared to try this. I would exercise like crazy. If anyone has tried it let me know how it went.

Hollywood Diet

So this is the Hollywood diet that all the stars use. It claims to be a 48 hour miracle diet, where you are allowed to drink only a specially formulated juice. This juice will be the only thing that you are permitted to consume for the next two days. It contains 100 percent of the necessary vitamins and minerals you need in a regular diet. Master Cleanse

Ok so this is the Master Cleanse diet. The stuff you'll need are:

Maple Syrup (Organic)

Lime Juice

OR

lemon juice

Cayenne Pepper

Step1

Combine 2 tbsp. of fresh lemon or lime juice, 1 or 2 tbsp. of organic maple syrup and some cayenne pepper (as your taste allows), per 1 c. of pure water.

Step2

Drink a minimum of six cups of this mixture a day for a minimum of 10 days. (Im gonna do it for 2 weeks? I think) Eat no solid foods. You may drink herbal teas and water as well.

Step3

Keep your bowels moving with...

Ok, so It's day three and Im starting to feel really tired and my stomach is empty. It's growling and I actually love it. It's just knowing that it's empty and my body's gonna suck up all the extra fat I have :) Im so determined this time.. i willl be skinny!!! So, Ive decided that after this 10day fast, Im gonna do the master cleanse. Ill post the ingredients in a separate blog. 3rd day of my water fast

Ok, so even though it's still rather earl on in the day, I think today is gonna b easy. If I get hungry, ill just think about how much i need to be skinny for september. That's enough motivation for me.. Even if that doesn't work, ill just talk to one of my ana buddiess :) Im sure all u guys out there can do it!! WE CAN DO IT!! we will be skinny. 10 day water fast

So, yesterday I started the first day of my 72 day 30lb weight loss plan with 1 of my Ana buds stacey. OMG it was torture!! See the first 5 days are a water fast... Well, in MY house fasting is freakin impossible. First I had to wake up and make breakfast for my kid sibs. They wanted choc chip pancakes!! Oh Joy!! About Me


Anna Well my name is Anna and Im 18.. I'm 5ft 8 and weigh 135 :( I know fat ga-ross pig :( my GW1 is 120 my GW2 is 110 my UGW of all time is 100. Im yet to reach it EVER!! Ugh my lowest weight is 106 lbs :( that was last year *sigh* oh the good times were rollin back then. I got pneumonia and had to go to the hospital.. jeez. The doctor MADE me eat. no good bastard said he was worried about my frame. Next thing I know Im slackin off and I end up lookin like shamu. Not this time, now Im determined to get down to 100 by the end of the year and go back to school in September lookin at least a little decent. I made this wbsite because i know how hard it is to have to not eat especially when you're a food-a-holic like me=( i just mad eit for every ana/mia girl (or guy, yeah im talkin to the manorexics too) who is struggling and feels like no one understands.
